Based on our initial consultation, we propose a suitable business model. This could include a mix of private and public charging options, and the potential installation of additional meters for EV charging. This facilitates the benefit from dynamic, market-based energy pricing.
Step 3: On-Site Evaluation and Paperwork
Next, we conduct an on-site visit with our certified electrician, or, if preferred, with an electrician chosen by the property owner. This step is crucial for technical assessment and arranging necessary documentation like technical plans and Power of Attorney (PoA) for us to represent the owner in dealings with public bodies. For complex installations, a meeting with the grid operator's representative may also be organised.
Step 4: Formal Proposal Presentation
We then present a formal proposal to the owner. This includes the agreed-upon financing model for the infrastructure, an energy purchasing plan (with options for fixed or market-based pricing), fleet management elements (if required), and a subscription for ongoing management and maintenance.
Step 5: Finalising Paperwork
Our team diligently finalizes all paperwork necessary for any subsidies and to meet requirements of public bodies. This step ensures compliance and maximises financial incentives.
